Hello

I help organisations solve complex problems by bringing together research, evidence, stakeholder insight and commercial thinking to create practical strategies that people can actually implement.

My work spans healthcare, government, charities and technology, but the approach is always the same: understand the system, identify what really matters, and develop solutions that are practical, collaborative and built to last.

Whether I’m supporting a Ministry of Health, an NHS healthtech company or a purpose-driven organisation, I enjoy turning complexity into clarity and ideas into action.

My Story

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across government, healthcare, charities and technology companies, supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation and organisational change.

My work has included developing a national digital health transformation roadmap for a European Ministry of Health, supporting health technology companies to navigate the NHS, designing commercial and product strategies, facilitating co-production with service users, and helping charities strengthen governance and secure funding.

Although the sectors have changed, the work itself has followed a remarkably consistent pattern. Every organisation faces complexity, whether that’s navigating healthcare systems, understanding markets, designing services or aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared goal. I enjoy making sense of that complexity and translating it into practical, evidence-based strategies that move organisations forward.

My background combines commercial experience with social science and public service. Before establishing my consultancy, I worked across a range of B2B and B2C commercial roles, developing a strong understanding of how organisations grow, how people make decisions and how value is communicated. Alongside this, I’ve always been drawn towards systems that exist to improve people’s lives.

That has included serving as a two-time board nominee for the Electoral Reform Society, contributing to the development of its five-year organisational strategy, and volunteering in Malawi as a Community Liaison Officer with Progressio, supporting a local organisation working alongside women and girls affected by HIV and AIDS. Those experiences reinforced something I’ve carried throughout my career: lasting change rarely comes from a single intervention. It comes from understanding the wider system, listening carefully to the people within it, and designing solutions that work in practice as well as on paper.

Today, much of my work sits within digital health and healthcare transformation, but I’m equally interested in the wider questions that shape successful organisations:

  • How do we understand the real problem we’re trying to solve?

  • How do we bring together evidence, lived experience and commercial reality?

  • How do we create alignment between strategy, people and implementation?

  • How do we build solutions that are both meaningful and sustainable?

I don’t see strategy, commercial growth, stakeholder engagement and organisational development as separate disciplines. They’re different perspectives on the same challenge: helping organisations create meaningful, lasting change.

Who I work With

I enjoy working with ambitious organisations tackling complex problems, particularly where there is genuine appetite for collaboration, curiosity and long-term thinking.

That includes:

  • Digital health and health technology companies navigating the NHS or wider healthcare markets.

  • Public sector organisations designing or implementing transformation programmes.

  • Charities and mission-driven organisations seeking to strengthen strategy, governance or service design.

  • Founders and leadership teams looking for an independent strategic partner who can move comfortably between research, commercial thinking and implementation.

The projects I enjoy most sit at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking and execution, where success depends as much on understanding people, organisations and incentives as it does on developing a good idea.
